As ever great stuff.

For improv is the implied story now, but there are differences between how you might do it in a one-shot and a longer game. In longer games you need to keep an eye on what happened before and reintroduce elements from before. You need some kind of thematic unity for players (and GM) to recognise that they are still playing the same game. If you introduce a new element each time, soon it just becomes about novelty and no one will remember what happened because there will have been too many elements.
